I write about how humans protect, attach, and adapt—especially when trauma, neurodiversity, and cultural context are in the room. My lens is systemic and somatic: state, meaning, and relationship patterns. The goal isn’t “fixing you.” It’s helping you name what’s happening with enough precision that you get choice again.
